Meet Darren Gillis, an Australian Country Music Singer/Songwriter whose musical journey is woven from the threads of personal experiences. Drawing inspiration from the tapestry of life, Darren has skilfully crafted a diverse collection of country tracks that serve as melodic reflections of his unique perspective. Darren has forged a pathway into the country music industry with hard work and dedication. In September 2024 he was announced as the Lancelin Busker’s Festival Winner (WA) and in October 2024 he was announced as the Chapman Valley Country Music Festival Emerging Artist Winner (WA). He has been announced a top 5 finalist at the 2TM Discovered Competition for the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival (NSW). He has also been announced as a finalist for the Traditional Country Single of the Year through the 2025 Western Australian Country Music Awards.
